These terms govern your use of this website (RD Prints+) and the enquiry forms on it. They do not by themselves create a contract to buy or build anything — a purchase is agreed separately, in writing, after an enquiry.

Using this site

You may browse this site and submit the contact and enquiry forms for genuine enquiries about the product. Do not submit other people's details without their consent, send abusive or unlawful content, attempt to break or overload the forms, or scrape the site.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting a form starts a conversation. It is not an order and does not oblige either side to proceed. Any price we quote in reply is an estimate for the scope described in that reply, valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise, and subject to a written agreement before work starts.

About the product described here

This site describes one cafe website system, shown with five Philippine cities' content. The demos share one layout and one component set; they are localisations, not separate designs. Screenshots and demo links are illustrative and the product may change. What a specific customer receives is defined by their own written agreement, which prevails over anything on this site.

The demo links point to sites hosted on Vercel that we operate for demonstration. External links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party sites.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, and graphics of this site belong to RD Prints+ unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them except for normal personal viewing.

No warranty; limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, RD Prints+ is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of the Philippines have jurisdiction over any dispute. The venue city will be specified here before launch.
