Privacy policy
Last updated: 9 September 2026
This policy explains what personal data RD Prints+ collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and how you can ask us to delete it. It covers this marketing site only — not the separate cafe website product a customer receives.
Who we are
RD Prints+ sells a ready-made cafe website system to coffee shop owners in the Philippines. For any privacy question, contact rdprints23@gmail.com. The registered business name and address will be added here before launch.
What we collect, and why
We only collect what you type into one of our two forms.
- Contact form: your full name, phone number, and message, plus your email address if you choose to give one. We use these to answer your enquiry.
- Buy / enquiry form: the same fields, plus the city content set you selected and anything you tell us about your cafe. We use these to prepare a quote and to follow up about a purchase.
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. We do not build profiles. Your phone number is normalised to international format (for example +639171234567) before it is sent to us.
Our servers briefly process your IP address to rate-limit form submissions and block spam. It is held only in short-lived server memory and is not stored in a database or written to disk by us.
Legal basis
We process this data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and preventing abuse of our forms. Submitting a form is voluntary; if you do not want to provide these details, you can email us instead.
Who we share it with
- Resend (resend.com) — our transactional email provider. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Resend, so your name, email, phone number, and message pass through their systems. Resend acts as our processor.
- Vercel (vercel.com) — hosts this website and processes requests, including the temporary IP handling described above.
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else. Data may be processed on servers outside the Philippines by these providers.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails stay in our inbox for as long as we may reasonably need them to serve you and keep our own business records — we intend to review and delete enquiries after 24 months, and this figure is being confirmed. Rate-limiting data in server memory is discarded within about an hour and on every deployment.
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data you have given us, or object to our continued processing of it. To do any of these, email rdprints23@gmail.com from the address you used, and we will action verified requests within 30 days. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Enquiries sent before a change remain governed by the policy in force when you sent them.
